The Department of Computational Biology & Bioinformatics is a new generation, multi-disciplinary teaching and research department. The major research themes at the Department include Bio-sequence analysis, Protein-protein interaction studies, Molecular evolution studies, Computer Aided Drug Design, Transcriptomics & Genomics, Immunoinformatics of Cancer etc.
